It is with great pleasure that we announce the next CEO of The Gold Country Fairgrounds, Don Ales.
Don Ales, brings with him the experience and expertise to meet the fairgrounds goals through a proven record as the executive director of The Gold Country Heritage Foundation, and skills in operational leadership, strategy development, customer service, team building, financial management and relationship management. Under the executive leadership of Don Ales, the Fairgrounds is embarking upon a very exciting new phase of our journey of growth and development. Together there is a great deal we will be able to accomplish to ensure the public and community is well served. Please join us in extending your full support and a very warm welcome to Don Ales.
Mr. Ales will assume this position effective Monday, January 9, 2017.
